When walking around Srbsko, we came across an information board about the region. It showed tourist paths in the forests, Karlstejn castle and a strange place, like a lake at the bottom of a canyon, called Lom Velká Amerika. I have absolutely no idea why such small villages as Srbsko attract me. I mean it has no tourist attractions at all, and at first sight isn't worth visiting. But it's really charming with all these tidied gardens, neat houses, quiet surroundings. But we wouldn't visit this village if one of the roads to Karlstejn didn't go through it. Well, as I promised I'm making a post about the Karlstejn town itself. By the way, at the castle tour (which we have to leave in the middle because Sofia woke up) we found out that the town was called differently at first. And then after the castle had been built inherited the castle's name.

Frankly speaking this post was supposed to be called "Karlstejn from sunrise to sunset". But it's getting dark so early there and all the cafes in town are closed indecently early - at 5 or 6 p.m, so all the evenings we spent out of Karlstejn. We returned back home from vacation [actually that happened a week ago:)].Total of 5200 km (3231 miles) by car with 2 months old child. This was cool=)
